Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into potential non-compliance and develop and submit disclosures to government agencies in the U.S. and abroad, as required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete root cause assessments and oversee implementation of corrective actions to remediate identified enhancement opportunities.
- Draft policies and procedures and support development and deployment of policies, procedures, tools, and other infrastructure within ITC and within the business.
- Conduct trade compliance assessments of global sites, functions, and programs.
- Monitor proposed laws and regulations and provide advice to business stakeholders regarding implications and requirements on GE Aerospace’s business strategy.
- Collaborate with ITC Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic counseling on trade compliance questions and Engage Business Leadership to drive business execution of ITC enhancements.
- Participate in relevant trade compliance associations and industry group discussions.
- Lead engagement and communication with government officials, as required.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from accredited university
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in (enter specific role needs/requirements).
- Member in good standing with the State Bar
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

The base pay range for this position is $190,000 to $256,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on August 5th, 2026.
