We believe in a world where growth thrives across borders and cultures. Our mission is to guide companies on their journey by providing services and technology that enables global talent management and delivers a human experience.

As an Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, we offer the HR and compliance infrastructure essential for companies to expand internationally. We take care of the complex, behind-the-scenes work, allowing companies to focus on the strategies that drive their success. We are For People, By People.

The future of work is borderless, and so are we. Our people are located around the globe — in the U.S., the UK, India, Colombia, China, and beyond. Diversity and belonging are not just values, they are who we are.

We are also committed to making a positive impact. Through our Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact initiative, we are addressing our environmental footprint and promoting social responsibility. Our impact program is central to our vision and culture, focusing on employee wellness, diversity, charitable work, and ethical corporate governance.

If you are interested in working in a people-centric, global organization, apply below.

  • Draft, review and negotiate employment-related documentation, including employment agreements, mutual separation/exit agreements, compensation arrangements and expatriate terms.
  • Support client onboarding and offboarding processes by assessing and advising on jurisdiction-specific risks and compliance requirements, particularly in Eastern Europe and other key international markets.
  • Monitor employment law developments, including collective bargaining obligations, and proactively update internal stakeholders on changes and implications for ongoing operations.
  • Strategically and cost-effectively manage and partner with outside counsel in employment litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver legal training on key labor law topics relevant to both internal stakeholders and client-facing teams.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by offering commercially attuned, business-forward legal counsel aligned with the company’s evolving priorities.
  • This role includes a client-facing component and close partnership with the Operations team, offering a unique opportunity to drive excellence in client delivery and gain visibility into business operations.

About You

  • You are self-sufficient, proactive and confident in managing legal issues independently while knowing when to escalate or consult.
  • You bring a strong track record of collaboration across geographies and functions, and you approach feedback as an opportunity to grow.
  • You are open-minded, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment.
  • You are comfortable working independently across jurisdictions and have an established track-record of constructively partnering across functions and geographies.

What we value

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-lawyers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in German labour legislation, including contract compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Strong fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
