Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - 5–8 years of experience in cost control, preferably within the facility Management , with at least 2 years in a senior or specialized.
Specialties / Key Skills
Cost analysis and financial forecasting.
Budget management and variance reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of facility management cost structures.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Cross-functional communication and teamwork.
Time management and deadline adherence.
Skills Required
