About the Role
Waste Solution Services is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal & Legal Operations Lead to support
the company's growing business and legal needs.
This is a hands-on position for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage a broad range of legal
and administrative matters while working closely with company leadership, internal teams, and external legal
professionals.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and bringing structure and
efficiency to a growing organization.
Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day legal needs of the company
• Intake and triage legal requests from Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
• Review, prepare, and maintain a variety of business and legal documents
• Draft and redline routine agreements using approved templates, including customer, vendor, employment, and
confidentiality agreements
• Assist with contract administration and document management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for outside counsel
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal professionals
• Maintain organized records, deadlines, filings, and legal documentation
• Support corporate and general business matters
• Assist with research, filings, and other legal projects as needed
• Help improve processes and systems related to legal and administrative operations
• Provide general support to leadership on legal and business-related matters
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a corporate, commercial, or business paralegal
• In-house or small-firm experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and external professionals
• Strong proficiency with common business and legal software
• Florida notary certification and/or multi-state experience is a plus
Compensation
$100,000–$140,000 base salary + bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
