Senior Corporate Internal Auditor

What you´ll be doing

·       Perform internal audit assignments across whole cargo-partner group according to the plan

·       Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness and compliance with applicable corporate internal regulations

·       Develop audit programs to assess internal risks and controls as well as review and perform tests to ensure comprehensible documentation of audit findings

·       Perform data analytics to identify unusual patterns or trends and investigate remarkable findings

·       Evaluate internal controls to give reasonable assurance that there are no signs of mismanagement, resources misuse or fraud

·       Work with management and other audit team members to define action plans which will drive efficiencies and reduce identified risks

·       Develop audit reports and ensure regular follow-up of agreed actions implementation status

·       Participate on ad-hoc consulting and investigative projects based on shareholder’s request

·       Assist in development of audit plans and schedules

What you´ll need

Our ideal candidate:

●      Bachelor degree in economics or an economics related area

●      Working experience in internal/external audit for a minimum of 3 years

●      Excelent working knowledge of English for business environments

●      Desire to be a team player who is able to work independently when necessary

●      High attention to detail and strong analytical, critical-thinking and decision making skills

●      Excellent active listening, written communication and verbal communication skills

●      Willingness and ability to travel

●      Driving license level B

Preferred, but not required:

●      Experience in freight forwarding industry
