Assist in various corporate finance activities including debt/equity executions, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and negotiations with key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Preferably 2 to 3 years (3 to 5 years for AM role) of relevant work experience in professional advisory firms, consulting firms, investment banks. Background in corporate finance / financial advisory / investment banking / M&A.
- Good proficiency in financial modelling for the purpose of valuation, IRR, DCF, M&A, capital budgeting, project financing.
- Strong technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure, Independent Power Producer, or other similar long term financing projects is an added advantage.
- Ability to bring attention to details in a fast-paced environment.
