Senior Corporate Counsel advises the General Counsel and business teams on contracts, employment, OSHA compliance, litigation, risk management, and legal investigations. The role conducts internal and government investigations, manages outside counsel, supports litigation and disputes, drafts policies and memoranda, negotiates commercial agreements, and trains employees on workplace rules. This is an onsite position requiring collaboration with leadership and operational teams, including occasional production-floor safety requirements.

ExperienceAt least 4 years of plus of legal experience as a licensed attorney in the US, preferably having experience advising manufacturing clients.EducationJD from an ABA accredited law schoolPhysical ConditionThis is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day 
 Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots on the production floor.

Skills Required

  • At least 4 years of legal experience as a licensed U.S. attorney
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active bar license in at least one U.S. state
  • Commercial litigation and trial experience
  • Experience conducting internal and government administrative investigations
  • Strong contract, employment, litigation, legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office efficiently
  • Ohio bar admission
  • Experience advising manufacturing clients
  • Working knowledge of contracts, employment, real estate, intellectual property, and litigation
