The Role:

The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for empowering Interra Health commercial teams with thoughtful transactional advice, while providing interpretations on strategic topics and risk management for one or more Interra Health brands. You’ll serve as an advisor on various legal matters, provide transactional support on enterprise level agreements (e.g. NDAs, vendor contracts, BAAs), and contribute to product strategy and policies in alignment with legislative changes and statutory compliance while aligned with the mission and vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert and strategic legal advice to Interra Brands (DoseSpot, RxLink, pVerify, Arrive Health)

  • Contribute to internal governance policies, evaluating the impact of external factors

  • Assess company decisions with an eye toward supporting company strategy while balancing various risks

  • Advise Interra Health on legal matters with a lens on a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape

  • Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically, while presenting the business with proactive solutions

  • Partner with external parties (outside counsel, clients, regulatory advisors) on a range of legal matters

  • Analyze complex matters that cut across legal and business-related topics

  • Track key regulatory changes, keeping Executive Leadership informed of topics that may affect the Interra Health business strategy

What You’ll Bring:

  • Juris Doctorate degree with a law license in good standing in at least one state

  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience practicing law, with experience in healthcare / data privacy, transactional law, with pharmacy / PBM practices as a huge plus

  • Deep understanding of how legal issues affect entities in Interra Health’s industry

  • Ability to develop legal policies that aligns with the business goals

  • Ability to operate in a problem solving and consultative approach to support internal clients and advise Executive Leadership on various matters

  • Detail oriented in reviewing complex and/or lengthy contracts, with an ability to distill concepts to plain English and deep experience with progressive redlines

  • Versatility and willingness to take on a wide range of contracts, from complex SaaS agreements to small vendor relationships

  • Familiarity with technology license reviews and applications of AI regulations a plus

Working Conditions & Environment

  • Fully remote role within the United States

  • Periodic travel (approximately 5%) for team meetings, customer visits, and industry events

  • Operates in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, PE-backed SaaS environment

  • Success in this role requires the ability to balance synchronous collaboration with thoughtful asynchronous execution in a remote-first environment.
