Duties and Responsibilities
Support the corporate intranet: coordinate content updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive ongoing platform improvements
Support the publication of key communications programs and bulletins, ensuring copy accuracy and alignment with corporate standards
Support corporate campaigns by developing high-quality communication materials, including scripts, emails, articles, and digital content
Analyze and report on communication metrics to evaluate impact and performance
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline with 2-4 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in the life sciences considered an asset
Excellent written communication and presentation skills with ability to develop communications for a variety of channels and audiences
Strong technical writing and copyediting skills, combined with proven experience and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Strong independent task- and project-management skills, including the ability to respond to shifting priorities

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$72,700.00 - $98,300.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
