Job Description Summary

STEMCELL is looking for a new member to support our Corporate Affairs team! As a Senior Corporate Administrative Associate at STEMCELL, you will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Affairs Department with the goal of ensuring that the corporate objectives, goals and related projects are met and departmental organization and efficiency are maintained. You will also provide administrative support as required to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources. This position requires a high level of professionalism and discretion as an ambassador of STEMCELL, and as a frontline representative of our culture and values.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO Office and the wider Corporate Affairs Department, with a focus on HR

  • Coordinate or contribute to key operational activities within Corporate Affairs 

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources

  • Assist as needed with the logistical efforts and details for the execution of company activities and social events

  • Provide back-up coverage for various team members

  • Provide back-up reception coverage across offices as required

Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, with 2-6 years of administration and/or coordination experience

  • Relevant experience in a research facility or biotechnology company is preferred

  • Tech savvy with excellent record keeping skills

  • Proactive with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$72,700.00 - $98,300.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
