Our Marketing Team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Copywriter (IT outsourcing) to join the Helpware team. We seek a specialist who will be responsible for all written communication within the company at a native speaker level.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality content for landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, and social media posts on relevant industry topics and trends for the Helpware Tech division (mainly on AI, LLMs, DLT, custom software development in pharma, health tech, and fintech industries, etc.), ensuring every message we broadcast harmonizes with Helpware's unique tone and voice.
- Develop compelling sales collateral materials, such as sales decks, case studies, and other gated content to highlight Helpware Tech's innovative solutions.
- Maintain the best SEO practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Proofread and edit all content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ensure content accuracy and industry relevance.
- Forge deep synergies with our marketing, sales, and product teams, creating captivating narratives that engage our audience and inspire action.
- Assist in developing and writing outbound marketing campaigns and email sequences to nurture leads and drive sales for Helpware Tech.
- Stay alert to the shifting sands of industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, using insights from the industry.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (C1 level is a must; C2 level is a plus). An actual certificate of English proficiency will also be a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical copywriting, or corporate communications for IT and tech companies
- Experience in content creation for the US/UK market is essential
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with industry-specific copywriting tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform content strategy
- Excellent communication and management skills
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify and follow content trends
