  • Responsibilities:

    • Be based out of our Kansas City, MO office with a hybrid schedule (will provide relocation assistance to candidates interested in moving to the Kansas City area). 
    • Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and industry.
    • Develop creative strategies and ideas that are innovative and that sell.
    • Concept and execute advertising consistent with the agreed-upon strategy.
    • Develop original written concepts.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Own scripts through revisions and versions.
    • Good client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client's challenge
    • Under the direction of the Creative Director, see all work through completion on time and on budget.
    • Work productively and harmoniously as a teammate with Art Directors and producers who share responsibility for a given product.
    • Review proofs, rough cuts, etc. for accuracy before final production. 

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics.
    • Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent years of experience required.
    • 3+ years preferred related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
