What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal Health
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and driving the selection of talent to support business needs.
Proactively and creatively sources, leads and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across Cardinal Health.
Assesses candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred.
Creates a positive candidate experience.
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
Accountabilities in this role
Responsible for assisting in the selection and hiring of talent for Cardinal Health. This would include but not be limited to:
Handling candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical details
Facilitate the candidate on-boarding process by creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring background screenings, providing orientation details, and submitting candidate paperwork for processing
Managing other logistical details including invoice processing
Managing recruiter/hiring manager/candidate communication
Creating a positive candidate experience
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience or 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
Advanced computer skills (experience in Workday, Outlook and other internet-based systems and tools), preferred
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Must have strong attention to detail, initiative, a high level of integrity, judgement, and follow-through
Must be willing to work a fixed night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Manila)
Comfortable participating/contributing to a global team environment
