The Senior Coordinator, Sponsorship is part of the Global Partnerships team that manages and executes Leage sponsorship deals and relationships. The specific duties essential for this role include supporting the day-to-day relationships with League partners, encompassing activations, creative, planning, strategy, and working across the league to support initiatives with partners.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day responsibilities for managing a minimum of 7 partners
- Fulfilment of contractual deliverables in partner deals
- Fund management (secure invoices, secure payment, track fund)
- Manage client creative approval process
- Collaborate with PR, Brand, Legal, Events, and other key internal stakeholders to align partner programs with League initiatives
- Support the Sponsorship Manager on upsell development for sales pitches, including ideation, internal alignment, and building decks
- Lead on-site activation and execute partner experiences at NFL events
- Provide cross-departmental support on specific projects to secure and execute partner deliverables (Pro Bowl, Honors, Kickoff, etc.)
- Build and develop relationships with partner and agency contacts, including client hosting at NFL events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5+ years of experience in sports or with a sports marketing agency or relevant experience
