The Sales Execution Coordinator supports the implementation of sales activities and customer coverage in line with the company's sales process. The position works closely with Sales Executives, Customer Service and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and follow-up of customer-related activities.
The role contributes to maintaining customer portfolios, coordinating sales activities, updating relevant systems and providing market and customer feedback. The position requires a proactive and customer-oriented approach, strong communication skills and effective time management.
Responsibilities- Support Sales Executives in the execution and follow-up of sales activities and customer coverage.
- Coordinate customer-related activities and follow up on open actions to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and update customer portfolio information and relevant sales data in CRM and other systems.
- Support the review and follow-up of target customer lists and customer opportunities.
- Coordinate with Customer Service on customer requirements, issues and follow-up actions.
- Support the preparation and coordination of customer meetings, sales activities and internal discussions.
- Collect and provide relevant customer and market feedback to the Sales team.
- Assist with quotations, tender-related activities and other sales documentation as required.
- Follow up on customer requests and coordinate internally to ensure appropriate responses.
- Support the Sales team in identifying potential customer opportunities and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Ensure sales activities and customer information are properly documented and updated in the relevant systems.
- Work closely with Sales Executives, Customer Service and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Perform other sales-related coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Experience in sales, customer service, shipping, logistics or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shipping products, services and sales processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant user application systems; experience with CRM is an advantage.
