Human Resources invites you to participate in a new job opportunity for the position Senior Coordinator Sales Digital for Area Chile in our office in Las Condes.
Responsibilities- Define targets based on customer portfolio and suitable digital channels (Digital Market Segmentation: INTRA, Direct EDI, HL Webpage, etc.).
- Advise, train, and support the Area team on all HL digital products, including on-site customer visits as required.
- Deliver structured training programs for internal teams to ensure proficiency in key digital tools and platforms.
- Provide hands-on support to customers navigating digital products, ensuring a seamless adoption experience.
- Develop and distribute training materials, guides, and onboarding resources for both internal and external audiences.
- Monitor target achievement for the Area on a regular basis.
- Monitor data quality of digital product usage and ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Consolidate customer feedback and identify patterns to inform improvements.
- Maintain regular alignment with the Digital Coordinator to agree on joint actions.
- Network regularly with other Areas' Digital Teams sharing best practices, participating in Area digitalization workshops, and channeling market feedback.
- Act as the Area link to the Region and DBT for all digital products and transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, International Trade, or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years of experience.
- Experience in a commercial role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Result-driven team player with a proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
