As the Sr. Coordinator, Retention Marketing you will build email and mobile messages that use best practices to improve HSN email and mobile marketing programs. You will also translate the email and mobile marketing plans into workflow production steps that traffic the production of email and mobile campaigns through a cross-functional team of HSN and vendor partners. Reporting to the Manager – Retention Marketing, the Sr. Coordinator will manage through challenging our requirements while keeping email and mobile production schedules on target. Above all, we are looking for a self starter who can identify opportunities and solutions that improve the email and mobile marketing programs with a high level of attention to detail and QA.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park (West Chester, PA) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Support team as project manager for hundreds of email campaigns as assigned by Manager from concept to deployment to performance analysis.
- Determine production schedule, assign important dates and direct a team of creative designers, copywriters, HTML developers and Web QA analysts with intent and focus of each campaign.
- Merchandise and secure successful product for all campaigns by working with eCommerce partners and ausing Source History, Coremetrics, and historic email results/data.
- You will be responsible for all product information (including keying pricing and special offer information) and imagery. Partner with eCommerce to determine important sales points, insure understanding to event/programming messaging and insure images are available in accordance to email timeline.
- Create and complete creative brief and independently direct copy, design and HTML teams with main focus of each campaign.
- Route all campaigns for necessary departmental review (including eCommerce final approval) vendor (where applicable) and legal approvals.
What You'll Bring
- You have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or PR
- You have had a digital marketing internship or 1 year of marketing experience focusing on email and combined with Internet or Retail ecommerce experience
- Knowledge to recommended solutions that improve processes and implement recommended solutions.
- Not Required but experience in email marketing process/trafficking and an understanding of email analysis is wonderful.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other email vendor- we use Blue Core)
- Experience with digital analytics, Google Analytics
- Basic experience using Photoshop
- Knowledge of technical aspect of email, push and SMS marketing to communicate with internal and external technical partners (IT team, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
