Job Qualifications-

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
