Senior Coordinator, Procurement

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Global Procurement Service Center, supporting end-to-end transactional procurement activities across international operations. In this individual contributor role, you will ensure efficient execution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, maintain purchasing data integrity, and provide operational support to buyers, suppliers, and site teams. Your contribution will help drive compliance, operational excellence, and seamless procurement operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement transactional activities in SAP and other procurement systems.

• Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) conversion processes.

• Create, amend, and maintain purchasing documents and records.

• Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and procurement procedures.

• Generate reports and maintain procurement-related documentation.

Core Operational Activities

• Purchase Order creation and amendments.

• Order confirmation management.

• White Paper Agreement updates, amendments, and notifications.

• Manage web cycles and workflow processes while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

• Create and maintain source lists and vendor information records.

• Process BOR and Cost Allocation (CA) changes.

• Perform price verification activities.

• Support invoice processing activities.

• Coordinate with buyers, site teams, and suppliers for approvals, documentation, and transactional requests.

• Provide backup support to the Buyer Support team.

• Perform administrative tasks for Buyer Support and Strategic Sourcing buyers as required.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Global Procurement environments supporting international stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in procurement processes and transactional purchasing activities.

• Working knowledge of SAP or any ERP system.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

• Willingness to work in shift-based operations.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement.
