Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will be a part of the team responsible for Kohl's in-house base media strategy and cross-channel investment planning. You will collaborate cross-functionally across the marketing, finance and analytics organizations and coordinate internal projects.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to developing strategic plans, including investment and go-to-market, including flighting and communication planning
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual media investment documents and contribute to process improvements and new procedures
Gather and analyze performance results and insights to help inform future investment planning
Communicate with media channel owners and marketing teams on an ongoing basis to ensure all parties are aligned to the media plan and deadlines are met
Schedule and own invitations for internal review meetings
Attend internal reviews, create agenda of projects to be reviewed and manage meeting preparation
Coordinate feedback and action items during internal reviews
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree
3-4 years marketing experience
Ability to work independently and follow complex documentation
Ability to thrive in a team environment to accomplish detail-oriented tasks with accuracy
Preferred
3 years of paid media experience
1-2 years of paid media experience at a media agency and/or an in-house media department
1-2 years of direct mail experience
