Job Description Summary: Inside Sales (Electronics)
The role of the Electronics Inside Sales is to understand the core technology behind the products in order grow sales & profitably in the business through renewing opportunities at underserved customers. The purpose of this role is to understand the products & markets within 2-4 years and be able to move to outside sales role when a position becomes available.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
As the inside sales for Electronics vertical you will perform cold call campaigns reaching out to vacant/underperforming customers with the purpose of generating new/repeat business
First point of contact for web site leads
Build strategic relationships with key decision makers via quarterly calls.
Responsible for full sales cycle from opportunity identification through sales closure and support. Develop strategic account plans / business plans for assigned accounts.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal & external technical teams
Coordinator of promotional efforts for Electronic Materials (Tradeshows, Technical Events, advertising, etc.)
Support field sales team with coordination of timely customer paperwork
When applicable, lead sales projects to the closure of business including guiding Vibrantz’s cross-functional teams to focus on high probability opportunities that provide sales revenue
Responsible for accurately budgeting & forecasting of sales at assigned accounts on a monthly basis, and reporting Sales Director variances in forecast.
Stay up to date on economic & industry trends through customer interactions and outside sources
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
BS or BA Degree, or advanced technical degree preferred
2+ years of experience in customer facing position (Sales, Marketing, Field Service) with the following experience:
Ability to lead, and work on, internal and external cross functional teams to close new business and service existing accounts
Build strategic relationships with customers at all levels within the organization to achieve / exceed desired business objectives
Communicating value of product to customers in a variety of different markets and segments
Ability to self-direct work schedule based on evolving changing environments
Ability to use Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, SAP
Ability to work, communicate and influence in a consensus-based culture. Strong problem solving, good business acumen.
Physical Demands:
Physical requirements that may include lifting, standing or sitting for extended periods, unusual physical requirements or temperature extremes, etc.
Travel Requirements:
Travel within N. America 10% to assist with customer on-site visits.
Environmental, Health & Safety Requirements: This position shall maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations, at all times. The employee in this position shall maintain compliance with all Vibrantz Safety Standards as well as EHS rules/requirements of the site at all times.
