At the Cleveland Foundation, you can be part of building a stronger future for every Clevelander.

About You

You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in helping others succeed. Highly organized by nature, you have a knack for bringing order to complexity and keeping multiple priorities moving without losing sight of the details. You don't simply complete tasks—you anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and create systems that help teams work smarter.

You thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same. One moment you may be coordinating executive meetings and preparing briefing materials; the next you may be tracking enterprise initiatives, supporting a major Foundation event, or helping move a high-profile communications project across the finish line. You enjoy the variety and understand that behind every successful leader is someone ensuring the right things happen at the right time.

You are naturally curious and want to understand not just what you're doing, but why it matters. You enjoy connecting dots across teams, seeing how projects fit into larger organizational goals, and helping turn strategy into execution. You are comfortable working with ambiguity, adapting quickly as priorities evolve, and maintaining calm under pressure. People trust you because you exercise sound judgment, communicate with professionalism, and handle confidential information with discretion. You build strong relationships across all levels of an organization, balancing confidence with humility and knowing when to take initiative and when to seek guidance.

Above all, you care about making an impact. You are energized by meaningful work, committed to excellence, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to an organization working every day to build a stronger future for Greater Cleveland.
