Manage and expand a portfolio of donors, advise on philanthropic strategy and legacy planning, design stewardship and engagement experiences, collaborate across teams, support and lead project workstreams, and represent the foundation externally.

Manage a portfolio of arts and culture grants and initiatives, cultivate relationships with artists and organizations, design and evaluate programs, support partners with capacity building and outcomes tracking, convene stakeholders, prepare briefings, represent the Foundation publicly, and engage donors to advance long-term community impact across Greater Cleveland.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior finance leadership, coordinating executive priorities, committee governance, and financial/investment documentation. Prepare board-ready committee materials, manage logistics, maintain audit-ready records, and support audits, compliance, and investment transactions while handling confidential information and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
