Manages the Foundation’s Immediate Impact grantmaking portfolio, including grant intake, due diligence, performance monitoring, reporting, and board materials. Builds strategic relationships with nonprofit partners, donors, and community leaders; resolves complex grant requests; analyzes grantmaking trends; and develops guidelines and decision frameworks. Collaborates across philanthropy, finance, communications, and operations to align investments with organizational priorities and strengthen grantmaking effectiveness.

Provides fiduciary oversight of treasury and investment programs, including cash management, liquidity, portfolio performance, risk monitoring, asset allocation, manager due diligence, and investment operations. The role prepares reports and recommendations for leadership, boards, committees, donors, and stakeholders; manages banking and advisor relationships; supports mission-aligned investing; and mentors treasury and investment staff.

Maintains accounting records and reconciliations for gifts, grants, donor funds, investments, fees, cash receipts, fixed assets, and distributions. Prepares journal entries, schedules, donor statements, reports, and audit documentation while supporting financial close, internal controls, compliance, and process improvements. Collaborates with Philanthropy, Grants Management, Investments, custodians, external managers, and auditors to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Serves as strategic in-house legal counsel for real estate transactions, development projects, nonprofit governance, regulatory matters, and property tax exemptions. Manages outside counsel, legal due diligence, contracts, closings, disputes, risk mitigation, and compliance. Advises executive leadership and cross-functional teams while supporting community development and philanthropic initiatives. Oversees legal resources and maintains relationships with developers, lenders, public agencies, and community partners.
