What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance Operations is responsible for central transactional support for processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports for payment fixed asset accounting for book and tax records cash application and journal entries.
Job Summary
Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and work streams. Demonstrates experience working in a transactional finance environment coupled with strong internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Client facing position that will present what they are reconciling to business leaders over the phone or face to face
- Critical thinking in relation to gathering information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.
- Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED, or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in related field preferred

- In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area

Anticipated hourly range: $17.60 per hour - $25.50 per hour.
