JOB SUMMARY:
Lead the implementation of Advanced Work Packaging methodology across global projects, aligning Project Functions and Construction Workface Planning Methodology in accordance with Unifi standards and digital workflows. Develop procedures, training, coaching, and communication programs for field teams and engineering stakeholders to support Advanced Work Packaging adoption and compliance. Develop operational dashboards for the company’s projects, including the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems, which provide project management teams with near-live information. Create and manage the 3-Week Look-Ahead schedules using SitePro, integrating data from project controls, quantity tracking, and material systems. Evaluate job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods, including cost-effectiveness. Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting WFP-related issues encountered at project sites. Monitor subcontractor and field execution to ensure conformance with specific procedures and standards. Act as a liaison between engineering, construction, and subcontractors to resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems, and ensure seamless technical coordination. Support technical services through interpretation of drawings, issue resolution, and site-based reporting, all aligned with operational systems. Conduct audits and compliance checks against Advanced Work Packaging standards. Develop and manage KPIs for Advanced Work Packaging performance and maturity. Provide onboarding and mentorship to new Advanced Work Packaging Coordinators and Planners. Lead the implementation and integration of ToolHound asset management software across project sites to ensure real-time tracking of tools and consumables, minimizing loss, streamlining inventory control, and maximizing efficiency within construction operations.
QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related Engineering field, plus 5 years of experience in each of the following: supporting Advanced Work Packaging strategies through development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standards and execution models; Intergraph SmartPlant Materials; PowerBi; Smart Construction; and Omega PIMS.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
