This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on driving measurable improvements in lead generation, pipeline contribution, and customer experience through structured experimentation and data-driven decision making. Working across multiple markets, products, and digital experiences, you will help shape how websites evolve by translating insights, customer behavior, and business objectives into meaningful optimization initiatives.
As a central contributor to Forterro's web experimentation capability, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, and other functions, to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and build a scalable culture of continuous optimization. The role combines strategic thinking with practical execution, managing the full experimentation lifecycle from research and hypothesis creation through implementation, analysis, and insight sharing.
Beyond delivering measurable performance improvements, you will contribute to developing frameworks, best practices, and operating models that help increase experimentation maturity and digital effectiveness across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive structured experimentation and conversion optimization initiatives across multiple websites and customer journeys.
- Define and manage the experimentation roadmap, backlog, and prioritization based on business impact and opportunity.
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and analytics into clear hypotheses and measurable optimization initiatives.
- Champion data-driven decision making by ensuring recommendations are supported by research, testing, and performance insights.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and key conversion journeys across paid and organic traffic channels.
- Partner with Analytics and Web teams to coordinate delivery, prioritization, and execution of optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Marketing Operations, Product, and UX stakeholders to improve conversion performance and lead quality.
- Establish scalable testing frameworks, processes, and best practices across a diverse multi-site environment.
- Manage the end-to-end experimentation process, including research, prioritization, test design, implementation, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the continued development of experimentation capabilities, tools, and methodologies across the Digital CoE.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth, digital performance, or experimentation-focused roles.
- Proven track record of running structured experimentation programs and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, customer behavior, conversion optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Experience working across multiple websites, brands, products, or digital ecosystems.
- Familiarity with analytics, testing, and experimentation platforms.
- Comfortable collaborating with developers, analysts, designers, and marketers in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate across strategy, execution, prioritization, and delivery while maintaining momentum.
- Experience in adjacent marketing disciplines such as SEO, Paid Media, Marketing Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing is advantageous.
- Experience with AI-assisted productivity and workflow tools such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code/cowork, Copilot Studio, OpenClaw, or similar platforms is a plus.
