1. Site Controlling
Oversee the financial performance of the manufacturing site, including production cost analysis, cost center controlling, and inventory valuation
Monitor and report on manufacturing variances (standard vs. actual costs)
Drive continuous improvement in reporting and cost transparency
Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes for the site
2. Monthly and Quarterly Closing Activities
Contribute to the preparation and validation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
Perform analytical reviews and explain key variances related to manufacturing and operations
Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with corporate and IFRS requirements
3. Sustainability Controlling
Collect and analyze sustainability-related data (e.g., CO₂, energy, waste)
Contribute to internal and external ESG reporting
Support the sustainability team with financial assessments and scenario analyses
4. Business Case Support
Participate in the preparation and financial evaluation of business cases (e.g., investments, cost-saving initiatives, make-or-buy decisions)
Develop models and provide scenario analysis to support decision-making
5. Data Security Officer (DSO)
Act as the local Data Security Officer for the site
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and corporate standards
Coordinate with the central IT and compliance functions on audits, policies, and risk mitigation
