At AECOM, we’re currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Dublin.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll provide commercial and contractual expertise across major projects, supporting delivery from tender stage through to final account.

What you’ll do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:

• Managing contract administration from tendering through to final assessment

• Ensuring full compliance with NEC contract terms and Contracting Entity standards

• Leading contractual negotiations and supporting procurement strategies

• Overseeing contractor and consultant performance against KPIs and incentive mechanisms

• Reviewing compensation events, payment applications, and cost forecasts

• Supporting claims management and dispute resolution processes

• Building, mentoring, and leading a team of Contract Administrators

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in our primary infrastructure markets, including aviation.

As the successful candidate, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:

• Postgraduate qualification, ideally in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or Quantity Surveying

• Extensive experience in contract management, including a minimum of three years’ experience working with NEC contracts

• A strong track record delivering infrastructure and/or aviation projects

• Proven capability in performance monitoring, claims management and commercial reporting
