We're looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to support one or more of ISI's operating divisions - working alongside an experienced contracts staff on a focused portfolio of government programs.
This is an on-site role located in Torrance, CA
Responsibilities:
Proposal Support
- Prepare and submit contract volumes for competitive proposals, including ground rules and assumptions and data rights assertions
- Interface with government Contracting Officers and prime contractor procurement personnel throughout the proposal and negotiation process
Contract Administration
- Negotiate and execute contract awards; set up and maintain awarded contracts in Deltek Costpoint
- Review prime contract terms and ensure appropriate FAR/DFARS clauses and data rights provisions are flowed down to subcontractors and vendors
- Review new contracts and solicitations for ITAR/EAR implications; coordinate with ISI's export compliance function as needed
- Administer FFP and CPFF contracts post-award, including contract modifications. Activities will include establishing payment terms, initiating, and monitoring invoicing, collections, and funding to support financial objectives.
- Participate in customer meetings, performing and monitoring compliance to contract requirements and leading the change management process

Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 2+ years of experience in government contract administration in a defense or high-tech manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS, familiarity with FFP and CPFF contract types
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface professionally with government and prime contractor personnel

Pay Range: $90,000 - $145,000 (However, base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience)
