ARS is seeking a Senior Contracting Support Manager, Top Secret, to work onsite at Hanscom AFB.Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Senior Contracting Support Manager to support the Special Programs Division (AFLCMC/HNJ) onsite at Hanscom AFB. This division focuses on leading edge, advanced technology solutions for the warfighter's needs in areas such as electronic and cyber warfare. AFLCMC/HNJ is organized into four branches and the Hanscom Collaboration and Innovation Center (HCIC). This role requires employees pass background screening for SAP.

Responsibilities include:
- Support price/cost evaluation activities.
- The Contractor shall not participate in any negotiations.
- Perform contract close-out activities.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data.
- Support clerical, administrative, and office operations.
- Perform training associated with contract activities.
- Identifying requirements.
- Developing acquisition strategies.
- Drafting requests for proposals or invitations for bids.
- Evaluating vendor offers.
- Administering executed contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Current/Prior experience within a DoD setting
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance required and ability to pass a background screening for SAP
- Bachelor's and or master's degree preferred
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines (Program Office and Staff Level Support Interface)
The expected annual salary range: $120k - $135k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
