We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Manager to take ownership of contract and claims management across large-scale, high-value projects. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategy, managing risk, and driving profitability — with a strong focus on FIDIC and NEC contract frameworks.
Your responsibilities
Lead contract management for major, complex projects with high commercial exposure.
Own the claims process — from identification and preparation to negotiation and resolution — ensuring timely and favorable outcomes.
Safeguard project profitability by proactively managing contractual risks, obligations, and entitlements.
Advise and empower project teams with contractual insights that improve decision-making and performance.
As a senior member of the Project Management department, you will:
Manage the full lifecycle of contract administration for large, complex projects — including financial oversight, progress tracking, and commercial governance.
Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and risk appetite.
Develop and implement contractual risk frameworks that integrate into project execution and decision-making.
Identify, prepare, and resolve claims and change orders, ensuring robust documentation and strategic positioning.
Translate complex contract terms into actionable processes for project teams, improving compliance and performance.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, legal, procurement, and finance to ensure cohesive commercial execution.
Monitor and report on project status, risks, and milestones, with a focus on contractual and financial impact.
Your profile
You are a strategic, results-oriented professional with deep expertise in contract and claims management for large, complex projects. You bring:
Proven experience managing high-value contracts in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or similar sectors.
Strong command of contract law, commercial negotiation, and claims strategy.
Ability to assess scope changes, quantify impact, and lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Experience advising procurement and sales teams on commercial terms and risk allocation.
A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €5.300,00 to €7.100,00 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale. On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
