Overview & Responsibilities
Serve as a senior subject-matter expert and change agent, leading complex, cross-site programs and advising leaders on process excellence strategy for manufacturing and/or service operations. This individual will accelerate transformation, develop standards, and build CI capability across teams. The position is to coordinate and lead a wide range of activities that are designed to improve on-time delivery, productivity, quality, cost, safety, and/or environmental performance. The position will assist in the evaluation process, justification of improvements, and with carrying out the implementation plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). Degrees or Advanced Degrees with an emphasis on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence considered a plus.
8+ years experience leading complex, cross-site transformations and building CI capability.
Certifications: Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred; Lean Leadership / Lean Master preferred.
Expert facilitation and program leadership across diverse cultures and sites.
Strong business acumen (P&L drivers, service cost drivers, warranty/returns, customer experience).
Ability to design governance, operating mechanisms, and standards that enable sustainment.
Proven track record delivering large, measurable improvements and enabling others to deliver results.
Strong executive communication; ability to influence priorities and decisions.
Comfortable working in shop floor, repair center, or field service environments as required.
Process and leadership-oriented mindset.
Meeting facilitation and training skills required.
NATURE OF THE JOB:
Lead complex, multi-site programs and strategic initiatives; serve as principal facilitator for major Kaizen events.
Design and deploy CI standards, toolkits, and training curricula; develop internal capability.
Advise leaders on prioritization, governance, and operating mechanisms for excellence.
Lead change management and communication plans to embed new ways of working.
Identify and remove systemic barriers; escalate enterprise issues and drive resolution.
