Compensation for this role is $85,000- $95,000. This role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
As a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll focus on data and process improvements. You’ll be at the forefront of driving efficiency, uncovering insights and optimizing our operations. Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on automation, reporting, and data visibility to improve operational performance and drive measurable business results.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools using Power BI and other business intelligence platforms to support operational decision-making.
Partner with operations, IT, business development, and customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Develop automated solutions that improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual processes, and increase operational efficiency.
Facilitate meetings with internal teams and customers to present performance insights, recommend solutions, and drive project execution.
Support new customer implementations and system enhancements by configuring solutions based on defined business requirements and providing post-implementation support.
Act as the primary liaison between technical and operational teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical, sustainable solutions.
Monitor and report on key process improvement initiatives, measuring productivity gains, operational efficiencies, and business impact.
Train, mentor, and support team members on reporting tools, automation techniques, operational processes, and best practices.
Build strong working relationships with internal leadership and customer stakeholders to support long-term operational success.
Travel up to 25% to support implementations, process improvements, and operational initiatives across the network.
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and process improvement
It’d be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Experience with automation tools like VBA or RPA
Large scale project and implementation experience
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or SQL
Competent data analysis and manipulation knowledge
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
