We're seeking a crypto-native Senior Content Strategist who is both a conceptual thinker and hands-on writer to join our Growth team full-time. In this role, you'll craft content that educates, entertains, and grows our global community—helping newcomers feel at home in crypto while inspiring existing users to engage with our product and brand.

• Create high-quality marketing copy for product launches including social posts, blogs, email, and in-app copy.

• Concept social-first ideas and engaging posts, threads, and memes for X and other social platforms that drive daily engagement and support major product launches.

• Develop campaign ideas & concepts—generate content ideas and campaign extensions for product launches that drive awareness and community participation across owned and earned channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, design, and engineering) to develop content and copy that helps communicate new product launches.

• Leverage insights—use social analytics, performance data, and audience research to sharpen topics, formats, and distribution tactics.

• Stay ahead of Web3 trends—surface fresh ideas that keep Phantom’s content relevant, timely, and authoritative.

• 4–6 years in content strategy, editorial, or social copywriting—ideally in crypto, fintech, or tech.

• Fluency in crypto & crypto culture. You should be an active participant on X and other social platforms; you know the lingo, the memes, and the macro narratives shaping the space.

• Conceptual prowess and the ability to generate content ideas that sparks conversation and drives action.

• Proven ability to translate complex/technical ideas into user‑centric prose (bias toward plain language over jargon).

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively

• Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance metrics to refine messaging.

• Portfolio required—must include at least two writing samples, with examples of social copy (threads, posts, memes) and long‑form content. Be sure to include any necessary passwords to access your work.

The target base salary for this role will range between $155,000 to $175,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.
