The Role 

As Senior Content Strategist, your mission is to build and continuously optimize a modular, reusable content engine that fuels thought leadership, sales enablement, and demand generation across all buyer stages. You will shape how ATOSS communicates, ensuring content is consistent, impactful, and strategically aligned across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define a holistic content roadmap, editorial calendar, content themes, and messaging hierarchy.
  • Develop and manage a content reuse strategy that maximizes efficiency and consistency across all GTM channels.
  • Take a hands-on role in creating and developing content — including thought leadership articles, customer success stories, whitepapers, social media posts, sales enablement materials, and video content. This also involves producing high-impact communications tailored for C-level executives.
  • Oversee quality control of content, ensuring adherence to format, voice, and tone guidelines.
  • Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices, brand guidelines, and buyer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to produce content that drives results.
  • Foster a culture of storytelling excellence.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B content strategy, editorial, or communications roles.
  • Proven portfolio of modular, multimedia content that demonstrates strategic thinking and storytelling expertise.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats.
  • Experience leading cross-functional content production in a fast-paced environment, ideally within tech or SaaS companies, or working with clients from these industries.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, demand generation, and buyer journey mapping.
  • Native proficiency in German and business-fluent English (C1/C2 or native proficiency), both written and spoken.
