Senior Content Marketing Specialist

Position Purpose: Implement content strategy to drive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and demand goals across all of our public sites. Develop and execute content strategy, with a focus on website content, email messaging, and on-site SEO. Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content that engages visitors and encourages them to act.

• Support design, planning, and execution of national, regional, and state-level campaigns to help support membership and messaging goals
• Craft and adapt marketing activations content so that they are relevant and accessible to all audiences
• Drive the day-to-day execution portfolio strategy to communicate to key stakeholders. Monitor compliance with federal norms including regulatory, accreditation, and audits
• Drive the adoption of common ways of working that support Brands strategy and leverage tools that can help drive marketing excellence across the network
• Identify opportunities for scale and efficiency in both enabling investment (agency fees, production, research etc.) and media to support development and delivery of hyper-local content
• Identify and gather best practices and learnings to share with stakeholders and establish a community of practice to scale across the network

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of experience in developing marketing content required.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
