What we're looking for

We’re hiring a Content Marketing Lead with a focus on technical content. You’ll be the person who takes Omnea’s product complexity — AI-native workflows, procurement approvals, supplier risk, and compliance — and turns it into content that builds trust with CFOs, procurement leaders, and IT stakeholders.

This is our founding dedicated content position, and will stretch across broad campaigns, demand programs, and crucially, technical and customer stories that drive pipeline velocity, enterprise trust, and category authority.

You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time. We’ve just raised $50M in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round Capital. In the past year we’ve grown revenue 5x, tripled our customer base, and maintained >99% retention with enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, Adecco, and McAfee. Our team is small but high-calibre -- it took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans.

Now we’re scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. And we are looking for the best content marketers out there to help turn procurement into a true competitive advantage!

What Can You Expect?

You’ll own technical storytelling at Omnea, creating whitepapers, explainers, product collateral, integration guides, and case studies that both educate the market and accelerate deals. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Sales, ensuring that every launch, roadmap update, or capability comes with sharp, commercially resonant content.

You’ll master our platform inside and out, getting close to engineers and product managers, and translating that knowledge into narratives that CFOs and procurement leaders understand. You’ll balance technical accuracy with crisp writing, making Omnea’s complex workflows simple without losing depth.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our commercial team, ensuring that every AE and AM has the collateral they need to win. You’ll measure yourself not just on traffic or downloads, but on pipeline and revenue impact. You’ll build dashboards, track performance, and double down on what accelerates deals.

Over time, you’ll help scale our content function, setting processes, playbooks, and standards that will enable us to build a category-defining brand in procurement.

About You

You are a sharp, commercially minded writer who thrives on making complex products understandable. You’ve created technical content before — whether that’s whitepapers, product explainers, or customer case studies — and you know how to make it resonate with senior executives.

You are hands-on and high-standard. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to write, edit, and polish content yourself, and you refuse to ship anything that doesn’t meet the bar.

You are technical enough to dive into product workflows, but commercial enough to frame them in terms that CFOs and procurement leaders care about. You’re as comfortable reading a product spec as you are sitting in on a sales call, and you know how to bridge the gap.

You are ambitious, outcome-driven, and hungry to build. You don’t want a passive writing role — you want to own the technical content agenda at a company that is defining a category. You thrive in high-ownership environments, and you’re happiest when your work ties directly to pipeline and revenue.

And above all, you care about clarity, craft, and impact. You want to be the writer who makes Omnea’s category leadership undeniable.
