As a Senior Content Manager, you will report to the Head of Corporate Marketing and will be instrumental in boosting our brand awareness, thought leadership, and social media efforts. This person is an excellent writer who loves storytelling, copywriting, and has a deep understanding of social media. You will have experience adapting copy to meet a company's voice & tone, understanding market trends, and building thought leadership campaigns. Your day-to-day job will involve collaborating on and executing content campaigns to reinforce our brand and awareness campaigns. Working closely with our PMM and growth team, you'll ensure we're addressing topics with precision and clarity, educating our audience, writing award submissions and speaker abstracts.
Responsibilities
- Be our everyday brand ambassador. Deeply understand our corporate messaging, positioning and voice & tone. Ensure all content on social media, in a report, or a blog falls within the bounds of our corporate voice.
- Own our social media program. Build successful campaigns, track engagements, track organic mentions, and report on its success
- Clearly communicate the connection between content recommendations and business goals; provide sound business justification for investment (based on market trends, audience/traffic insights, past campaign data, and past experience)
- Write awards submissions, speaking & webinar abstracts and press releases to support our PR and thought leadership efforts.
- Support our content marketing strategy and integrated campaign program with blogs, bylines and social posts
- Build a close relationship with key executives and advisors; ghostwrite thought leadership content on their behalf.
- Identify clever news hooks, market trends and ways to incorporate Silverfort's messages and market position into timely bylines and blogs
- Eagerly seek data to inform editorial decisions & develop content for editorial calendars
- Microcopy creation and editing for ads, landing pages and websites.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing - cybersecurity experience a major plus
- Seasoned writer. Proven ability to take complex topics and simplify them. Experience in journalism a major plus
- Understanding of public relations & influencer marketing and how to build a thought leadership campaign
- Proven ability to build social media channels, measure their success and optimize
- Passionate about words and their impact
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams and interacting with different people daily
- Comfortable creating, testing, and measuring data-driven content
- Curious about current and emerging content marketing technology trends and platforms
- Experience developing content calendars and assets
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with engagement and metrics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and marketing automation (HubSpot) a plus
