The Role
Lexion is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to play a key role in Lexion’s growth. How will you know whether you’re the one? At your core, you're a writer. You’re eager to understand what makes your audience tick, and to find the words to push those buttons. Whatever the assignment (and no matter the format) you know what it takes to create compelling content that educates, entertains, and motivates. After all, there’s no such thing as a bad story—just ineffective storytelling. In this role, you’ll conceptualize and create compelling brand and product content across a variety of channels and media to drive growth and engagement. If you’re looking for a place to use your right, left, and whole brain while advancing technology that’s moving business and the world forward, you might’ve just found it.
What You’ll Do
- Create effective, goal-oriented, top of funnel (TOF) content across blogs, ebooks, social media, video, and other media
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other departments to ensure content is aligned with business goals and supports key marketing metrics
- Get to know Lexion’s brand, product, and audiences and develop creative, goal-oriented content that ties them all together
- Translate brand and product positioning and key messages into content that reinforces Lexion’s leadership in contracting, automation, and AI
- Build creative, strategic solutions from conceptual development through tactical execution
What We Look For
- 5+ years experience working as a writer or content marketer, especially in B2B
- A familiarity with SEO best practices and other strategies for driving organic growth
- Capacity to produce a high volume of quality content
- Strong understanding of brand voice and personality (and how to put them to use)
- Ability to give (and take) constructive feedback
- Although not required, experience with video production is a plus
