At our current stage, we need a leader who views content holistically and works across sales, product, partnerships, and creative to tell one unified story through many mediums and channels.

Job Description

As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy, creation, and distribution of content that shapes Perry Weather's narrative, increases our discoverability, and generates measurable business outcomes. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a content strategy that positions Perry Weather as the definitive voice in weather safety across our core verticals

  • Maximizing the reach and visibility of our content across search engines and industry channels to increase organic traffic and discoverability

  • Driving content consumption that converts into qualified pipeline

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Produce high-quality, multi-format content including blogs, industry research reports, and customer case studies that position Perry Weather as a thought leader

  • Work with our Director of Science to translate research into compelling narratives

  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure content aligns with product positioning and messaging

  • Work with Design and Video teams to create rich content that engages prospects and increases pipeline efficiency

Distribution

  • Own and optimize our organic search channels to drive qualified traffic and pipeline

  • Balance keyword strategy with deep customer understanding. Ensure audience needs lead your strategy, not just search volume.

  • Know our market deeply. Understand where buyers consume content and invest in placements that reach them

  • Test and iterate on content formats, topics, and distribution strategies

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent growth in qualified pipeline attributed to organic search and content

  • Published industry research reports that generate inbound interest and market discussion

  • Established Perry Weather brand presence as a thought leader in heat stress prevention, lightning safety and other weather safety topics

  • Library of customer case studies with quantifiable ROI and field evidence

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience with proven results in B2B or technical industries

  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline through organic search and content marketing

  • Strong track record of creating compelling, diverse content formats

  • Deep understanding of SEO/AEO best practices and content optimization

  • Excellent storyteller who can translate deep technical concepts into compelling narratives

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to own projects from strategy through execution

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress is a plus
