About the Role
GreyLabs AI is looking for a senior, hands-on content owner who can take complete charge of B2B content across the funnel - from sales enablement and campaigns to thought leadership. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role: you will be the single point of accountability for how GreyLabs AI sounds and shows up everywhere it is read, watched, or pitched, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Product.
This role suits someone who is equally comfortable writing a punchy WhatsApp sales message, structuring a 40-page whitepaper, and briefing a video editor - and who can independently take a campaign from idea to execution without needing to be told what “good” looks like
What You Will Own
B2B Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content aligned with Greylabs AI's go-to-market goals, targeting CXOs and digital transformation leaders within the BFSI sector.
1. Sales EnablementSales presentations, pitch decks, and email templates
Case studies and customer success stories
Battlecards (competitive positioning, objection handling)
WhatsApp outreach messages, sales email sequences, and follow-up templates
Physical/printed sales collateral and letters
Product videos/recordings and demo scripts
Promotional emailers and newsletters
Co-own end-to-end campaign conceptualization, planning, and execution with the Head of Marketing
Social media content across platforms (organic)
Podcast content planning and show notes
Scripting and repurposing long-form video into short bites/clips
Briefing and coordinating with video editors/freelancers
End-to-end content for event booths, standees, brochures and offline collateral
Event agendas, run-of-show content, and event-led presentations
On-ground content execution support during events
Blogs across product & industry
Reports and whitepapers - research-backed, narrative-led
Press releases (launches, funding, partnerships, milestones, partnerships)
Company narrative and positioning statements used consistently across press, investors, and the website
Executive bylines / op-eds for external publications
Media talking points and Q&A prep for spokespeople
Act as the content interface to our PR agency - you own the writing and narrative
8+ years of B2B content experience, with a portfolio spanning sales enablement, campaigns, and long-form thought leadership
Proven ability to write across formats and tones - from a WhatsApp nudge to decks & reports
Experience working directly with Customer facing & product teams to build enablement material that actually gets used
Strong project management instincts - can run multiple content streams and freelancers without hand-holding
Comfortable briefing and directing design/video freelancers, even without being a designer/editor themselves
Strong narrative-writing instincts for PR and corporate storytelling - comfortable drafting press releases and working alongside a PR agency
Good to have
Prior experience at a BFSI-focused company, marketing agency, fintech company, is a strong advantage
Deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, banking operations, insurance products, capital markets, lending, compliance, and digital banking trends
Experience in writing for AI, BFSI, SaaS, or deep-tech B2B domain
Prior exposure to event marketing and on-ground content execution
Basic familiarity with design tools (Canva/Figma) and video editing tools for quick turnarounds
