As a Senior Content Editor on our Organic Content team, you will drive an AI-first content production engine. You will work across multiple teams and priorities to create humanized, engaging, and genuinely helpful content that positions ClickUp as the world's first (and best) Converged AI Workspace, feeding into our demand pipeline.

You’re comfortable with AI tools and endlessly curious. You’ll be the editorial champion who ensures every piece of content reflects ClickUp’s unique voice, delivers real value to our audience, and aligns with our strategic priorities.

This is an incredible opportunity for a creative storyteller and operational powerhouse to blend hands-on content creation, across formats, with strategic planning and rigorous execution. You will collaborate closely with marketers, writers, editors, and agencies to produce high-impact content at scale, leveraging AI-powered workflows and innovative formats to reach and engage millions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end content lifecycle: from alignment with strategic content pillars, keyword research, and brief creation to editing, optimizing, humanizing, and publishing CMS-ready articles.

• Ensure every piece is aligned with the brand, is optimized for lead generation, and meets our quality standards and SEO requirements.

• Internalize ClickUp’s voice and tone, ensuring every article has that signature “ClickUp magic dust.”

• Exercise sharp editorial judgment and taste, setting the bar for what high-quality, product-led content looks like. This means ensuring all content follows our style guidelines, including formatting, capitalization, and copy-editing best practices.

• Manage the content pipeline, developing SOPs and transparent processes to collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams and deliver on time and at scale

• Balance SEO best practices with strategic pillar content, aligning with company priorities and product updates.

• Deeply understand ClickUp’s content strategy, tiered structure, clusters, and hub-and-spoke model. Know our personas, growth levers, and what sets us apart.

• Become a ClickUp product expert—using the platform to manage editorial workflows and staying up-to-date on new features.

• Score each article against our Quality Rubric, maintain a go-live content database, and continuously improve editorial processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in a content or editorial role, ideally at a SaaS company, with a track record of managing direct reports, freelancers, or agencies.

• Proven ability to turn AI-first content into engaging, human-centered articles that drive product adoption and brand affinity.

• High familiarity with AI content generation tools and LLMs, prompting, and AEO and SEO best practices

• Experience building and optimizing content engines at scale.

• Meticulous attention to detail, mastery of US English, and strong copy-editing/proofreading skills.

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and executes relentlessly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and SEO teams.
