  • Challenge the status quo and know when to advocate for new design patterns versus relying on old systems.

  • Drive collaboration with designers, product managers, and diverse business stakeholders to inform requirements to think beyond the product lifecycle and optimize content and user journey.

  • Lead other content strategists/designers in developing user stories and providing guidance on priorities.

  • Facilitate workshops and design crits and own content reviews and iterations across stakeholders from product to legal.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in UX writing , UX Design or Content Design.

  • 2+ years experience with Agile and lean UX/software development practices, including using product management software (Rally, Jira).

  • 2+ years experience in web and app experiences .

  • 2+ years experience collaborating with internal team members, such as experience designers, accessibility experts  and product managers.

  • 2+ years experience in UX wire framing, UX flows, and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects with prototyping software such as Figma and Miro.

  • Experience in health care, pharmacy or other regulated fields (insurance, finance, etc.).

  • Experience with translation and transcreation best practices.

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or similar.

  • Portfolio should include work on digital products and/or services, service design or human centered designs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master's degree preferred in the field of Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Technical Writing, English, or Journalism.  Extensive work experience, academic work or certifications in user experience fields are also welcome.

  • Experience in working with and improving business requirements.

  • Comfortable with UX and Usability terminology, taxonomies and practices, including Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methods, to solve problems and innovate.

  • Knows how and when to use inventories and audits, content frameworks, competitive analysis and mapping.
