We're a fast-growing app that's passionate about food, savings, and creating seamless user experiences. We're now on the lookout for a talented Senior Content Associate to join our dynamic team and help shape the brand’s voice across digital channels.
As a Senior Content Associate, you'll play a key role in crafting compelling, bilingual content (English & Arabic) across multiple platforms — from in-app listings and push notifications to social media and promotional campaigns. You’ll be involved in content creation, research, light graphic editing, and CMS management, all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Create and edit clear, engaging, and error-free content in both English and Arabic across all channels.
- Write catchy, localized Arabic captions tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Bring fresh, fun, and creative ideas to the table for content, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Use tools like Canva, Photopea, and similar platforms to edit promotional assets and create quick visual content.
- Work with a Content Management System (CMS) or similar platforms to upload and update content efficiently.
- Conduct competitor and market research to help improve content quality and discover new trends.
- Able to deliver tasks quickly and accurately, even when working on multiple projects at once.
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed, even if it’s outside core responsibilities.
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Maintain DineOut’s brand tone, values, and consistency across all content.
- Help track and analyze the performance of content across various channels and suggest improvements.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging to local market needs and cultural nuances in both languages.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications roles.
- Previous experience working with a CMS or internal content systems.
- Basic design/editing skills with tools like Canva, Photopea, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and grammar in both languages.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Experience in the food, hospitality, or tech industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
