We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Content and Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and owning the content strategy and integrated marketing campaign planning to drive growth. Your focus will be on creating high-quality, compelling content while improving conversion metrics, and supporting in pipeline and revenue generation. This role requires a strong partnership with other teams within marketing and the ability to manage a content team.

The everyday hustle:

  • Ownership of content and integrated campaign planning, driving strategy and ensuring timelines are met, as well as defining and tracking KPIs
  • Lead the creation of high-quality, compelling content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website, infographics, and more, with a deep understanding of our customers and the outcomes they are looking to achieve
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search engines and user experience
  • Focus on the end-to-end customer journey while continuously monitoring and analyzing conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Utmost partnership with Product Marketing, Digital, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing owners to drive towards joint goals
  • Manage 2-3 content team members to drive in storytelling and content deliverables

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management and content marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content distribution channels
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
