We're looking for senior consultants to take a leading role in complex ERP transformation projects across ERP strategy, programme management, solution architecture, and functional consulting.
What you’ll do
You will take a leading role in some of the largest ERP transformations across Europe. Depending on your profile and development goals, your responsibilities may include:
· Shaping ERP strategies and road maps, system and vendor selections, enterprise solution architecture, and scope definition and value cases, including RISE with SAP and Clean Core positioning
· Programme design, mobilisation and planning, programme and project management, PMO setup and operation, and independent programme assurance, using SAP Activate, Success by Design, or similar as well as Implement’s Half Double methodology
· Business process mapping and design, process optimisation, fit-gap analysis and requirements gathering, facilitation of key design decisions (KDDs), and test design and execution support
· Data migration and transformation (ETL), data cleansing and quality assurance, data governance and operating models, and platform data model design – including MDM concepts and cutover planning
· Advising CxO-level stakeholders, facilitating decision forums and steering committees, and coaching less experienced colleagues
Our projects typically combine process design, solution architecture, complex stakeholder management, and change management. As a senior consultant, you will often be the one holding the pen on the overall design and the client relationship. AI is part of our daily life at Implement. We use it actively in how we analyse, design, build, and deliver, and you’ll be expected to embrace it as a natural part of your consulting toolkit.
What you'll bring
Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience from ERP consulting, including participation in at least one full-cycle implementation (SAP S/4HANA/ECC or Microsoft D365 F&O). In addition, we'd prefer candidates who:
· Bring deep functional and process expertise, especially within SAP S/4HANA, in one or more areas such as finance and controlling (FI/CO, Margin Analysis), order to cash (SD), procure to pay (MM/Ariba), plan to fulfil (DM/PP/QM), warehousing and logistics (EWM/TM), or master data management – or bring strong Microsoft D365 F&O expertise (finance, supply chain, or architecture) and the ambition to further develop this area
· Have experience leading programmes, projects, or PMOs, or acting as enterprise/solution architect, in complex ERP transformations
· Are a strong communicator who can structure and facilitate presentations and workshops in English – German or a Scandinavian language is an additional advantage
What we offer
You'll join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy, working side by side with some of the strongest ERP transformation profiles in the Nordics – and, on platform-heavy delivery, with our technological sister company, The Tech Collective.
We're a practice with one of the strongest growth journeys at Implement, built on a unique culture, helpful colleagues, and a shared ambition to do consulting differently. With us, you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow professionally and personally, through internal training, certifications, keynotes, and workshops, along with the freedom to shape your own career and choose your own leaders.
The position is based at our office in Hellerup, with flexibility and occasional travel to clients across the Nordics and Europe. The starting date is flexible for the right candidates.
