Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated person who enjoys a fast-paced, professional, and dynamic work environment to fill this full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish clear and concise communications both internally and externally
- Research Customs and Partner Government Agency regulations
- Draft analysis and opinion letters
- Audit entries
- Audit and assess importer compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
- Manage multiple ongoing projects and project deadlines
- Track project time daily
- Contribute to departmental improvements
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience, Education, and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- U.S. Customs Broker license preferred
- 5+ years’ import compliance experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding of U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agency requirements
- Proficient in Word and Excel. Access database skills preferred.
- Up to 25% travel may be required
