Duties and Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Serves as project manager with a strong understanding of client needs related to project program area and/or technical best practices and industry standards for project delivery in one or more of the following areas
- Project Management,
- Quality Assurance and Testing
- Software Development Lifecycle and System Configuration
- Security and Privacy
- Business Process Redesign
- Independent Verification and Validation

- Understands complex state and federal regulations and requirements; analyzes and interprets federal and state law and regulation.
- Reviews business operations for service and efficiency improvements.
- Independently manages complex projects, staff, and tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
- Manages daily project functions and client interaction.
- Develops communication plans with clients, executes highly effective written and verbal communication both internal and external
- Identifies and elicits requirements from key stakeholders in each engagement.
- Facilitates client discussions.
- Identifies gaps and shortcomings and determines necessary workarounds.
- Plans and monitors ongoing project tasks, delegates tasks and responsibilities to team members.

Business Development
- Conducts market analysis and develops growth strategies, identifying priority service offerings, coordinating outreach, and translating market intelligence into actionable pursuit plans.
- Identifies, researches, and qualifies new sales opportunities; maintains accurate opportunity information in the customer relationship management system; coordinates analysis; and follows leads through pursuit, proposal, award, or closeout.
- Supports complex proposal efforts and may lead teams to develop proposal sections

Working Conditions
This position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements. To be successful at PCG, you must:
- be available during your set working hours
- have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and
- be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave
Range: $88,000 - $140,000
