As a senior consultant at Gallup, you'll partner with senior executives to solve complex workplace challenges through rigorous research, advanced analytics and evidence-based consulting. You'll lead high-impact client engagements from research design to executive recommendations while advancing Gallup's thought leadership across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define business challenges, develop research strategies and lead the successful execution of client engagements
  • Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative research that generates actionable insights for clients
  • Translate sophisticated analyses into strategic recommendations that inform executive decision-making
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, workshops and webinars
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while serving as a strategic adviser throughout the research and consulting process
  • Mentor and develop junior researchers by providing technical guidance, coaching and quality oversight across projects
  • Contribute to Gallup's regional thought leadership through original research, publications, workplace reports and innovative client solutions
  • Use AI-enabled tools to enhance research quality, accelerate insight generation and improve client outcomes

What You Need

  • Master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational behavior, psychology, business, statistics, research methodology or a related field required; Ph.D. preferred
  • At least eight years of experience in workplace research, organizational consulting, people analytics or applied behavioral science required
  • Demonstrated expertise conducting advanced quantitative and qualitative research, including driver analysis, statistical modeling, longitudinal research and qualitative synthesis required
  • Proven experience designing and presenting executive-level research plans, insights and recommendations to senior client audiences required
  • Experience leading large, complex client engagements and coordinating cross-functional project teams under competing priorities required
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into rigorous research designs and actionable recommendations required
  • Deep experience with survey design, implementation and reporting platforms such as Gallup Access or comparable enterprise research platforms required
  • Experience mentoring researchers, consultants or project team members required
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve research, analysis, productivity and client deliverables required
  • Experience contributing to thought leadership through publications, workplace reports or conference presentations preferred
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Singapore office at least three days per week required
