In this role, you will partner with healthcare clients to design, implement, and support technical solutions that improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. Specific roles may require up to 25% travel, unless otherwise specified. • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with development or product teams as needed.
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle—from discovery through deployment and optimization.
  • Manage client communications, timelines, and expectations while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, data anomalies, or system behavior with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Support the creation of documentation, technical diagrams, and training materials tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical consultant, systems analyst, implementation specialist, or similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working in or with healthcare organizations (e.g., hospitals, payers, providers, health tech vendors).
  • Strong technical skills in one or more areas: EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), HL7/FHIR, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, data pipelines, scripting languages (Python, SQL, etc.), software development, or system development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
